I know that sometimes I'm guilty of getting so caught up in my bad moods and all of my daily stresses so much that confidence, strength and empowerment goes right out the window. However, it's vital not to let the bad things get you down for long. Confidence is a must. If you go through life with your head down you'll miss so many opportunities simply because you were too scared to be confident, hold your head up and pursue them.
